Make sure they’re all packed in containers smaller than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
When you approach the security checkpoint, you’ll be asked to put all liquids, gels and creams in a separate tray for inspection. Electronic items such as laptops, phones and cameras need to be sent through the X-ray machine separately. The same goes for items such as belts and heavy jackets. Headphones and earphones need to be taken off and placed in a tub to be X-rayed.
You’ll need to pause the tunes for a little while. Put them in a convenient place, so they’re ready for inspection.
Airport security personnel will request to see your travel ID and boarding pass upon arrival.
